    1. Share Entire Screen: First, you can share your entire screen in a Zoom meeting. This option works well when you need to show multiple apps or give a full view of your desktop.
    2. Share Specific Application Window: Second, you can share any particular window on the screen. This choice is great for focused talks where your audience sees one app (like PowerPoint or a browser window).
    3. Share Whiteboard: Zoom has an interactive whiteboard that allows you to work together with others in real time. With this feature, you can sketch and think up ideas with others during the meeting itself.
    4. Share Multimedia Content: Finally, this feature lets you show videos, play music, or share interactive content with sound making your talks more lively.

    Steps to Share Your Screen in a Zoom Meeting

    To share your screen during a Zoom meeting, click the “Share Screen” button, choose a window or full screen, and press “Share.” This feature works on desktop, Android, and iPhone/iPad. Hosts can also manage participant screen sharing permissions for better control. Follow the steps below to share your screen on Zoom smoothly and effectively.

    1. Join or host a meeting 

    • To join, click the invitation link or enter the meeting ID in the Zoom app.
    • To host, open the Zoom desktop app, log in, and click a new meeting.

    • Select the screen, app, or browser tab you want to share.

    • On an iPhone, the share botton of the screen. On the iPad, it’s in the top-right corner of the screen.

    3) Select “Screen”:

    • Follow the on-screen instructions to enable screen sharing, if prompted.

    4) Open Control Center:

    • For iPhone X or later, swipe down from the top-right corner. On older models, swipe up from the botton.

    • Click the up arrow next to the share screen.
